When will my order be depatched?
We start to process when we receive your call, order form, fax or on-line order. Every fulfillable order received before noon is processed that day (Monday - Thursday) and leaves our premises within 2/3 business days.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return the new, unused item to us in the original shipping box, within 15 days. Please allow 6 weeks to process your return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We will contact you immediately by email should a product be out of stock.
How much is the delivery charge?
For orders within the UK there is a small charge for carriage/packing of £4.95 for each order.
